pc 20 aprile - Intervento di proletari comunisti/PCm Italia alla Commemorazione in Irlanda della Rivolta popolare del 1916 - italiano e inglese

Cari compagni di Anti-Imperialist-Action, cari compagni qui presenti, vi porto i saluti rivoluzionari

E' per noi un onore partecipare a questa importante commemorazione che marca
un'importante pietra miliare della lotta di liberazione del popolo irlandese in particolare e della lotta
dei popoli del mondo e della lotta di classe in generale.
Sono stati 3 giorni significativi in cui abbiamo reso onore ai nostri martiri, di noi tutti perchè chi ha
versato il sangue per la libertà del popolo irlandese ha contribuito alla lotta di tutti i popoli e del
proletariato internazionale, ha contribuito ad un passo in avanti della Rivoluzione Proletaria Mondiale.
In questi tre giorni non abbiamo fatto una mera commemorazione, piuttosto abbiamo ribadito la
nostra adesione alla via indicata dall'Irish Citizen Army nel 1916, oggi ancora valida: il proletariato
ed i popoli per liberarsi dal giogo imperialista e per la conquista del potere politico hanno bisogno
della propria organizzazione e del proprio esercito popolare.
L'esperienza del 1916 seppur repressa nel sangue, ha lanciato un chiaro messaggio: bisogna
approfittare delle contraddizioni della borghesia, ed in particolare delle contraddizioni
interimperialiste e colpire il nemico; in questo contesto l'anno successivo il partito bolscevico
guidato da Lenin riusciva nella conquista del potere e tramite l'armata rossa degli operai e dei
contadini schiacciava la reazione bianca e l'invasione imperialista.
Nella fase attuale avanza la tendenza alla terza guerra mondiale che si esplica in guerre di
aggressione ai popoli, dall'Ucraina, all'Iran passando per la Palestina, allo stesso tempo assistiamo

alla reazionarizzazione e fascistizzazione sia nei PI che nei Podall'I con l'aumento dell'oppressione
delle masse e del proletariato, e l'intisificazione dello sfruttamento della classe operaia, ma dove c'è
oppressione c'è ribellione!
Dice Mao, ci sono guerre giuste e guerre ingiuste, ovvero le prime sono quelle rivoluzionarie
mentre le seconde sono quelle reazionarie. Le prime sono le rivoluzioni e le lotte di liberazione
nazionale mentre le seconde sono quelle di aggressione e di rapina contro I popoli del mondo e che
fanno massacrare a vicenda proletari contro altri proletari.
I comunisti possono e devono essere parte agente all'interno di tale contraddizione.
Come ci insegna la gloriosa esperienza della Rivoluzione d'Ottobre diretta dal partito di Lenin, il
punto non è di essere “contro la guerra” ma appunto di come agire, come contrastare i piani
dell'imperialismo o se la guerra scoppia, come starci dentro, appunto come stare dentro tale
contraddizione per far avanzare il piano della Rivoluzione.
Oggi davanti all'aggressione militare all'Iran da parte dell'imperialismo yankee e dell'entità sionista,
in Italia le nostre parole d'ordine sono:
Dalla parte dell'Iran, dalla parte dei proletari e masse popolari dell'Iran, con la resistenza
palestinese e di tutte le masse arabe del medio oriente aggredite.
Appoggio a tutti i colpi inflitti all'imperialismo USA e allo stato sionista d'Israele, aggressori,
guerrafondai e genocidi.
Denunciare la complicità e partecipazione di tutti i governi e degli Stati imperialisti
Contro le borghesie burocratico-compradore arabe serve dell'imperialismo e del sionismo, nemiche
dei loro popoli.
Per l'unità internazionale dei proletari e popoli dell'area, per l'unità dei proletari e masse popolari
dei paesi imperialisti e i proletari, le nazioni e popoli oppressi dall'imperialismo.
Contro la guerra interimperialista mondiale .
Contro il governo Meloni complice e servo dell'imperialismo USA/Trump e lo stato sionista di tipo
nazista /Netanyahu, che trascina il paese in guerra e scarica i costi del riarmo e delle guerre sui
proletari e masse italiane, carovita, lavoro, attacco alla democrazia alla pace e alla libertà volute
dalle masse.
Cosi come all'indomani del 7 ottobre, anche in questo caso, la nostra azione politica principale si
rivolge contro il governo Meloni e lo Stato imperialista italiano che sostiene il sionismo in Italia e
nel mondo ed è parte della NATO.
La borghesia imperialista italiana nel quadro generale di sviluppo diseguale dei paesi imperialisti, è
questo il punto chiave di comprensione, trae un beneficio relativo ad essere complice e parte della
NATO. In un paese imperialista come l'Italia, chi assume la parola d'ordine “NO NATO, NO UE”,
assume una posizione sciovinista e nazionalista e confonde I lavoratori e le masse popolari,
assumendo direttamente o indirettamente che l'Italia sia un paese oppresso, cosa che non è.
Mentre contrastiamo l'imperialismo di casa nostra e l'imperialismo in generale, allo stesso tempo
dobbiamo appoggiare tutte le guerre giuste cioè le lotte di liberazione nazionale e le guerre popolari
in corso in India e nelle Filippine dirette rispettivamente dal Partito Comunista dell'India (Maoista)
e dal Partito Comunista delle Filippine perchè rappresentano le lotte più avanzate dei comunisti con
l'obiettivo della presa del potere politico, in un contesto in cui l'MCI è diviso in numerose correnti,
e non esiste un paese socialista che funga da base rossa per la Rivoluzione Proletaria Mondiale, e le
stesse Guerre Popolari e le lotte armate dirette da partiti comunisti marxisti-leninisti-maoisti in
India, Filippine, Turchia e Nord Kurdistan sono tutte nella fase della difensiva strategica. Infine nei
paesi imperialisti e capitalisti stiamo ancora lottando per uscire dalla fase di riflusso incominciata
negli anni '80.
In questo contesto difficile in cui ci troviamo ad operare, l'occasione pero' per fare un salto
qualitativo in avanti da un punto di vista soggettivo è fornita proprio dalle contraddizioni generate
dal sistema capitalista-imperialista mondiale. Per citare Antonio Gramsci: "quando tutto è o pare
perduto, bisogna rimettersi tranquillamente all’opera, ricominciando dall’inizio".
Questo inizio è in realtà un "nuovo inizio", non partiamo da zero ma dobbiamo fare tesoro degli aspetti
positivi e negativi di tutta l'esperienza del proletariato e dei popoli a partire dalle vittorie (Comune
di Parigi, Rivoluzione d'Ottobre, Rivoluzione Cinese) e come dicevamo poc'anzi l'insurrezione
dell'Irish Citizen Army.
Crediamo che oggi per i comunisti il primo passo sia quello di fondare Partiti Comunisti
rivoluzionari di tipo nuovo, cioè con un processo di costruzione che avvenga nel fuoco della lotta di
classe ed in stretto legame con le masse, perchè è solo nella lotta di classe che si forgiano i quadri
di partito. Le masse producono le avanguardie delle lotte che possono diventare potenziali quadri
comunisti ed inoltre il processo è dialettico, come dice Mao, “dalle masse alle masse”, l'esperienza
delle masse nella lotta di classe è un dato oggettivo e continuo, sta alle avanguardia comuniste
andare prima a “scuola dalle masse” per poi rielaborare a livelli più alti e teorici tale esperienza per
restituirla alle masse come arma invincibile per combattere il sistema imperialista.
I partiti comunisti di tipo nuovo da costruire, guidati dall'ideologia marxista-leninista-maoista, sono
innanzitutto partiti d'avanguardia della classe operaia e possono intraprendere tale processo di
costruzione unicamente se organizzano e guidano queste lotte proletarie e popolari, in particolare le
lotte operaie, vero brodo di coltura della rivolta sociale necessaria oggi.
Allo stesso tempo è necessario che i partiti e le organizzazioni comuniste marxiste-leniniste-maoiste
costruiscano una conferenza internazionale mlm, con un'agenda adeguata alla situazione mondiale attuale e ai compiti concreti del proletariato.
Crediamo che una conferenza internazionale con tali caratteristiche debba avere l'obiettivo di dare
vita ad una nuova organizzazione internazionale MLM, che manca ormai da 20 anni a seguito del
collasso del RIM.
Una tale organizzazione, intesa come centro politico rivoluzionario, ovvero non un mero
coordinamente antimperialista, sarebbe in grado non solo di meglio svolgere la lotta rivoluzionaria e
antimperialista a livello mondiale, ma costituirebbe una spinta alla lotta di tutti i compagni dei
diveri paesi, cosi come la storia del RIM ha dimostrato.
Viva l'internazionalismo proletario!

CP maoist-Italy to 110th anniversary of the Easter Rising Ireland 

Dear comrades of Anti-Imperialist Action, dear comrades all here, 

I bring you revolutionary greetings from maoist Communist Party - Italy PI. 

It is an honor for us to participate in this important commemoration, which marks a significant milestone in the liberation struggle of the Irish people in particular, and in the struggle of the peoples of the world and of the class struggle in general.
These have been three significant days in which we have honored our martyrs, of us all, because those who shed their blood for the freedom of the Irish people have contributed to the struggle of all peoples and of the international proletariat, and have contributed to a step forward for the PWR.
During these three days, we have not merely commemorated, but rather reaffirmed our commitment to the path shown by the Irish Citizen Army in 1916, which is still valid today: the proletariat and the peoples need their own organization and their own people's army to free themselves from the imperialist yoke and to conquer political power.
The experience of 1916, though bloodily repressed, sent a clear message: we must take advantage of the contradictions of the bourgeoisie, particularly the inter-imperialist contradictions, and strike at the enemy. In this context, the following year the Bolshevik Party, led by Lenin, succeeded in seizing power and, through the Red Army of workers and peasants, crushed the White reaction and the imperialist invasion.
In the current phase, the tendency toward a Third World War is advancing, manifesting itself in wars of aggression against peoples, from Ukraine to Iran, and Palestine too. At the same time, we are witnessing reactionarization and fascism in both the PI and the Podal I, with the increased oppression of the masses and the proletariat, and the intensification of the exploitation of the working class. But where there is oppression, there is rebellion!
Mao said, there are just wars and unjust wars; that is, the former are revolutionary, while the latter are reactionary. The former are revolutions and national liberation struggles, while the latter are those of aggression and plunder against the peoples of the world, which cause proletarians to massacre each others.
Communists can and must be an active participant in this contradiction.
As the glorious experience of the October Revolution led by Lenin's party teaches us, the point is not to be "against war" but rather how to act, how to counter imperialism's plans, or if war breaks out, how to manage it—precisely how to manage this contradiction to advance the Revolution's plan.

Today, faced with the military aggression against Iran by Yankee imperialism and the Zionist entity, our watchwords in Italy are:

On the side of Iran, on the side of the proletarians and popular masses of Iran, with the Palestinian resistance and all the Arab masses of the Middle East under attack.
Support all the blows inflicted on US imperialism and the Zionist state of Israel, aggressors, warmongers, and genociders.
Denounce the complicity and participation of all imperialist governments and states.

Against the Arab bureaucratic-comprador bourgeoisies, servants of imperialism and Zionism, enemies of their peoples.

For the international unity of the proletarians and peoples of the region, for the unity of the proletarians and popular masses of the imperialist countries and the proletarians, nations, and peoples oppressed by imperialism.

Against the global inter-imperialist war.
Against the Meloni government, complicit and servant of US imperialism/Trump, and the Nazi-style Zionist state/Netanyahu, which drags the country into war and unloads the costs of rearmament and wars on the Italian proletariat and masses: high living costs, jobs, and an attack on the democracy, peace, and freedom desired by the masses.

As in the aftermath of October 7th, our main political action nowadays is against the Meloni government and the Italian imperialist state, which supports Zionism in Italy and around the world and is a member of NATO.
Within the general framework of uneven development among imperialist countries—and this is the key point—the Italian imperialist bourgeoisie derives a relative benefit from being complicit and part of NATO. In an imperialist country like Italy, anyone who adopts the slogan "NO NATO, NO EU" is adopting a chauvinistic and nationalist position and confusing workers and the masses by directly or indirectly assuming that Italy is an oppressed country, which it is not.
While we oppose our domestic imperialism and imperialism in general, at the same time we must support all the just wars i.e. the national liberation struggles and the people's wars being waged in India and the Philippines led by the Communist Party of India (Maoist) and the Communist Party of the Philippines respectively because they represent the most advanced struggles of the communists with the aim of size the political power, in a context where the ICM is divided into numerous streams, there is no socialist country to serve as a red base for the World Proletarian Revolution, and the People's Wars themselves and the armed struggles led by Marxist-Leninist-Maoist communist parties in India, the Philippines, Turkey, and Northern Kurdistan are all in the strategic defensive phase. Finally, in imperialist and capitalist countries, we are still struggling to emerge from the ebb that began in the 1980s.
In this difficult context in which we find ourselves operating, however, the opportunity to make a qualitative leap forward from a subjective point of view is provided precisely by the contradictions generated by the global capitalist-imperialist system. To quote Antonio Gramsci: "when all is, or seems, lost, one must calmly return to work, starting again from the beginning."
This beginning is actually a "new beginning." We are not starting from 0, but must treasure the positive and negative aspects of the entire experience of the proletariat and the people, starting with the victories (the Paris Commune, the October Revolution, the Chinese Revolution) and, all the experiences of our class, as we mentioned earlier, the insurrection of the Irish Citizen Army.
We believe that today, the first step for communists is to found revolutionary Communist Parties of a new kind, that is, through a process of construction that takes place in the fire of class struggle and in close connection with the masses, because it is only in class struggle that party cadres are forged. The masses produce the vanguards of struggles that can become potential communist leaders, and furthermore, the process is dialectical, as Mao said, "from the masses to the masses." The experience of the masses in the class struggle is an objective and continuous fact. It is up to the communist vanguards to first "learn from the masses" and then rework this experience at higher and more theoretical levels, returning it to the masses as an invincible weapon to fight the imperialist system.
The new type of communist parties to be built, guided by Marxist-Leninist-Maoist ideology, are first and foremost vanguard parties of the working class and can undertake this process of construction only if they organize and lead these proletarian and popular struggles, particularly workers' struggles, the true breeding ground for the social revolt needed today.
At the same time, it is necessary for Marxist-Leninist-Maoist communist parties and organizations to organize an international MLM conference, with an agenda appropriate to the current world situation and the concrete tasks of the proletariat.
We believe that an international conference of this kind should aim to create a new international MLM organization, which has been lacking for 20 years following the collapse of the RIM.
Such an organization, understood as a revolutionary political center, not merely an anti-imperialist coordination body, would not only be better able to conduct the revolutionary and anti-imperialist struggle globally, but would also provide a boost to the struggle of all comrades in different countries, as the history of the RIM has demonstrated.

Long live proletarian internationalism!
Long live the struggle of the proletariat and the oppressed!
Long live the immortal example of the Irish Citizen Army!
