One month after Modi regime declared “the victory over maoism”, exchange of fire erupted in Jharkhand and four paramilitaries died in Chattisgarh
According to Indian bourgeois press, the Maoist leader Misir Besra (a politbureau member of the CPI (Maoist) ) and his PLGA squad is still active in Jharkhand (despire the hindutva regime declared the eradication of Maoism in India last 31th of march), the "elite" COBRA commando were sent for a searching operation in Tonto region in West Singhbhum (State of Jharkhand) last 29th of April. The paramilitaries came under fire for several hours, as avenuemail bourgeois press reported: "The encounter comes amid reports of increased Maoist presence in the Kolhan region following the recent killing of a former Maoist in the Goilkera area. Intelligence agencies had warned of renewed activity by the group led by Misir Besra in the Saranda forests".
Two days after in another State (Chattisgarh) four paramilitaries were deadly blown up by an IED planted by the comrades during another searching operation.
Despite the claim by the hindutva Modi regime on a total victory against the Communist Party of India (Maoist), the party reaffirms its leading role on the revolutionary paths in India (se the recent documents by the party's Northern Commitee we recently pubblished in this site) and the People's War is still active blowing the enemy.
