La storia ci insegna che esistono due linee politiche parallele che si contendono il potere politico. Una linea è stata tracciata dai rivoluzionari comunisti come il compagno Marx, il compagno Lenin, il compagno Stalin, il compagno Mao, il compagno Charu Mazumdar, il compagno Kanhai Chatterjee, il compagno Basavaraj, il compagno Raju, il compagno Kosa, il compagno Hidma, ecc. mentre un'altra linea viene tracciata dai traditori come Bernstein, Kautsky, Lin Piao, Prachanda, Devji, Venogpal, Kobad, Balraj, Prashant Rahi ecc... I detentori della seconda linea sono agenti nemici opportunisti che attaccano la linea politica proletaria per indebolire e successivamente annientare la linea proletaria. Inoltre, dobbiamo anche capire che la linea politica corretta può sorgere solo nel corso della lotta contro questi elementi revisionisti opportunisti. Siamo orgogliosi di essere in prima linea in questa lotta e di stare dalla parte del compagno Marx, del compagno Lenin e del compagno Mao. Un amico nel bisogno è davvero amico. È diventato chiaro agli elementi rivoluzionari di tutto il mondo che traditori della rivoluzione indiana come Devji, Venugopal alias Sonu, Kobad, Balraj ecc... non sono amici del popolo, ma sono agenti nemici vestiti da rivoluzionari. Tra tutti gli ostacoli creati dalla classe dirigente, dai suoi agenti e dagli elementi opportunisti-liquidazionisti-revisionisti, il nostro partito sta avanzando verso l'attuazione della linea politica del nono congresso-unità. Il documento 'Strategia e tattica della rivoluzione indiana' del nostro partito menziona che "In un paese come il nostro, la rivoluzione continuerà dall'inizio principalmente attraverso la forma della lotta armata. Durante tutto il corso della Rivoluzione di Nuova Democrazia, la lotta armata o la guerra sarà la forma principale di lotta e l'esercito sarà la principale forma di organizzazione. Né il lavoro di organizzazione del popolo né quello di costruzione di lotte di massa possono andare avanti con successo senza il sostegno delle forze armate del popolo. Il partito può consolidare i successi delle lotte di massa solo espandendo e sviluppando la guerra di guerriglia, e potrà così gettare le basi per il potere politico alternativo del popolo..."
E per raggiungere questo obiettivo fin dall'inizio il nostro partito rimarrà armato e clandestino. Il nostro partito sostiene fermamente questa comprensione politica ed è determinato a portare a termine il compito della Rivoluzione di Nuova Democrazia. Rispettiamo fermamente le promesse che avevamo preso davanti alle forze del proletariato mondiale nel 2007. Oggi possiamo essere molto deboli, ma la nostra debolezza non è strategica, strategicamente siamo sulla linea politica corretta e quindi la legge della scienza spiega che ci rialzeremo per distruggere le tre grandi montagne (Imperialismo, Capitalismo Burocratico Compradore e Feudalesimo) che stanno schiacciando il popolo di questo paese e del mondo.
In linea con la campagna che il nostro comitato ha intrapreso contro gli elementi opportunisti-liquidazionisti-revisionisti all'interno del movimento rivoluzionario. Portiamo il nostro chiarimento sul trambusto intorno alla resa di Devji. Devji era il membro CC-PB del nostro partito, ma ora, da quando si è arreso alle forze nemiche, non è più collegato al nostro partito; in realtà non sarebbe un'esagerazione definirlo traditore della rivoluzione indiana e del proletariato mondiale. In un'intervista a un importante quotidiano inglese ha dichiarato di sostenere ancora il marxismo-leninismo-maoismo e di agire tramite mezzi legali per raggiungere gli obiettivi politici del partito. Un altro fatto interessante è che ha anche detto che Sonu è un traditore. Ha detto che lavorerà per rendere il partito aperto e legale e chiederà al governo di revocare la messa al bando del partito. Chiunque conosca i fondamenti del marxismo-leninismo-maoismo apprezzerà il fatto che il partito comunista non può essere legale e aperto. La risposta del compagno Lenin alla politica della resa comodamente sostenuta da Devji è "Uscire sulla stampa legale contro la resistenza o a favore di un partito aperto significa semplicemente disturbare il nostro partito e dobbiamo considerare le persone che lo fanno come nemici acerrimi del partito" (V.I. Lenin nel Rapporto alla Conferenza di Bruxelles). Perciò Devji è un nemico acerrimo del nostro partito ed è un traditore di rango superiore. Lenin definì il liquidazionismo come "la rinuncia alla clandestinità, l'abolizione di quest'ultima e la sua sostituzione con un'associazione amorfa entro i limiti della legalità a tutti i costi. Pertanto, non è un lavoro giuridico, né l'insistenza sulla sua necessità che il Partito condanna. Il Partito condanna — e condanna senza riserve — la sostituzione del vecchio Partito con qualcosa di amorfo, qualcosa ― aperto, che non può essere chiamato partito." Consideriamo Devji come l'ennesimo Sonu ma con un rivestimento rivoluzionario. Un simile neo-Prachandismo non ha futuro, tutti abbiamo visto i giovani rifiutarlo in Nepal. Riguardo al sogno di Devji di trasformare il partito in un partito legale aperto, citiamo il compagno Lenin come risposta al suo liquidazionismo.
La paura, ha detto il compagno Marx, è la caratteristica distintiva dell'opportunismo. Il compagno Raju Da, Kosa Da, il compagno Hidma hanno tutti vissuto questa situazione davanti a sé, ma hanno scelto di essere martiri per la causa della linea politica del partito. È la linea politica che era più cara loro della loro pelle. Ma per persone come Devji questa non era l'opzione, ha scelto il liquidazionismo. Parlando del compagno liquidazionista Lenin disse: "Il liquidazionismo è opportunismo che arriva fino al punto di rinunciare al Partito. È ovvio che il Partito non può esistere se include coloro che non ne riconoscono la presenza. È altrettanto comprensibile che la rinuncia alla ‘resistenza’ nelle condizioni esistenti sia la rinuncia del vecchio Partito." Alcuni media amano parlare della divisione interna nel partito. Ma queste anime ignoranti non si rendono conto che è impossibile portare avanti il compito di costruire il partito senza lottare contro chi vuole spezzare il partito. Perciò vogliamo ribadire che non esiste nulla di simile alla divisione nel partito; tutto ciò che stiamo facendo è lottare contro il liquidazionismo, gli elementi della classe dominante all'interno del partito.
Il nostro comitato ha prodotto articoli, dichiarazioni e comunicati stampa sulla questione dell'opportunismo, liquidazionismo e revisionismo. La gente del mondo aveva smascherato Sonu e quindi, per confondere la posizione dei rivoluzionari, la classe dirigente doveva sostenere il volto di Devji. Compagni, non disilludiamoci, non perdiamo la visione. Non è la prima volta che il movimento comunista rivoluzionario in India affronta una battuta d'arresto così grave; anche all'inizio degli anni '70 abbiamo avuto una battuta d'arresto simile. Dopo il martirio del compagno Charu Mazumdar, il partito si era disintegrato e erano nate diverse forze opportuniste, insieme a diversi gruppi scissionisti. Non era rimasto alcun centro rivoluzionario nel paese, eppure potevamo rilanciare e costruire aree di base guerrigliere. Attualmente abbiamo ancora comitati di leadership e il nostro CC guida la guerra popolare nelle regioni strategiche. La vittoria è nostra, le forze più atroci e spietate dello Zar non potrebbero impedirci di lanciare la bandiera rossa su metà dell'emisfero terrestre. Siamo detentori della stessa eredità, sconfiggeremo gli elementi opportunisti-liquidazionisti-revisionisti e avanzeremo verso una Rivoluzione di Nuova Democrazia, poi ancora verso il socialismo e infine verso il comunismo.

History teaches us that there are two parallel political line that contest between each other for political power. One line has been laid down by the communist revolutionaries like Comrade Marx, Comrade Lenin, Comrade Stalin, Comrade Mao, Comrade Charu Mazumdar, Comrade Kanhai Chatterjee, Comrade Basavaraj, Comrade Raju, Comrade Kosa, Comrade Hidma etc… while the another line is being laid down by the traitors like Bernstein, Kautsky, Lin Biao, Prachanda, Devji, Venogpal, Kobad, Balraj, Prashant Rahi etc… The holders of the second line are opportunist enemy agents who are attacking the proletarian political line in order to weaken and thereafter obliterate the proletarian line. Besides we must also understand that the correct political line can arise only in the course of struggle against these opportunist revisionist elements. We take pride in being at the forefront of this struggle and stand on the side of comrade Marx, comrade Lenin and comrade Mao. A friend in need is friend indeed. It has become clear to the revolutionary elements throughout the world that traitors of Indian revolution like Devji, Venugopal alias Sonu, Kobad, Balraj etc… are not the friends of the people rather they are the enemy agents dressed in color of revolutionaries. Amidst all the obstacles created by the ruling class, their agents and opportunist-liquidationist-revisionist elements, our party is marching forward to the implementation of ninth congress-unity congress political line. The document on ‘Strategy and Tactics of the Indian Revolution’ of our party mentions that “In a country like ours, the revolution will go on from the beginning mainly through the form of armed struggle. Throughout the course of the New Democratic Revolution armed struggle or war will be the principal form of struggle and army will be the principal form of organization. Neither the work of organization of the people nor the work of building mass struggles can go on successfully without the support of the people’s armed forces. The party can consolidate the achievements of mass struggles only by expanding and developing the guerrilla war, and will thus be able to lay the foundation for the alternative people’s political power…”
And to accomplish this from the very beginning our party will remain armed and underground. Our party firmly upholds this political understanding and is determined to accomplish the task of New Democratic Revolution. We firmly abide by the pledges which we had made before the world proletariat forces in 2007. We may be very weak today but our weakness is not strategic one, strategically we are on the correct political line and therefore the law of science explains that we will rise up to destroy the three big mountains (Imperialism, Comprador Bureaucratic Capitalism and Feudalism) which are crushing the people of this country and the world.
In contiguous to the campaign which our committee has undertaken against opportunist-liquidationist-revisionist elements within the revolutionary movement. We are bringing our understanding on the ruckus around the surrender of Devji. Devji was the CC-PB member of our party but now since he surrendered before the enemy forces he is nowhere connected with our party, in fact it would be no exaggeration to term him a traitor to the Indian revolution and world proletariat. In an interview to a leading English newspaper he has said that he still upholds Marxism-Leninism-Maoism and will work through legal means to accomplish party`s political goals. Another interesting fact is that he has also said that Sonu is traitor. He said that he would work to make the party open and legal and would request the government to lift the ban on the party. Anyone acquainted with basic Marxism-Leninism-Maoism will appreciate the fact the communist party cannot be legal and open. Comrade Lenin`s reply to the politics of surrender conveniently held by Devji is “To come out in the legal press against the underground or in favor of an open party is simply to disrupt our party and we must regard the people who do this as bitter enemies of the party” (V.I. Lenin in Report to the Brussels Conference). Hence Devji is bitter enemy of our party and his a traitor of higher order. Lenin defined liquidationism as ―”the renunciation of the underground, the abolition of the latter and its replacement by an amorphous association within the limits of legality at all costs. Therefore, it is not legal work, not the insistence on its necessity that the Party condemns. The Party condemns— and unreservedly condemns— the substitution for the old Party of something amorphous, something ― open, which cannot be called a party.” We consider Devji as yet another Sonu but with a revolutionary cladding. Such neo-Prachandism has no future, we all saw the youth rejected it in Nepal. Regarding Devji`s dream to convert the party into an open legal party we quote comrade Lenin as a reply to his liquidationism.
Fear said comrade Marx is the distinguishing characteristics of Opportunism. Comrade Raju Da, Kosa Da, Comrade Hidma all had this situation before them but they chose to be martyr for the cause of party`s political line. It is the political line which was dearer to them than their skin. But for person like Devji this was not the option, he chose liquidationism. While speaking about liquidationist comrade Lenin said “Liquidationism is opportunism that goes to the length of renouncing the Party. It is self-evident that the Party cannot exist if it includes those who do not recognize its existence. It is equally understandable that the renunciation of the “underground” under the existing conditions is the renunciation of the old Party.” Some media houses are fond of bewailing that there is internal split in the party. But these ignorant soul do not realize that it is impossible to carry out the task of party building without struggling against those who want to break the party. Therefore we want to reiterate that there is nothing like split in the party all we are doing is struggling against liquidationism the ruling class elements within the party.
Our committee brought articles, statements and press releases on the question of opportunism, liquidationism and revisionism. People of the world had exposed Sonu and therefore in order to confuse the rank of the revolutionaries the ruling class had to prop up the face of Devji. Comrades, let us not be disillusioned, let us not lose the sight. This is not the first time that the revolutionary communist movement in India is facing such a severe setback, earlier too in 1970s we had similar setback. After the martyrdom of Comrade Charu Mazumdar the party had disintegrated and several opportunist forces came into existences, there were several splinter groups. No centre for revolution was left in the country yet we could revive and build guerrilla base areas. At present time we still have leading committees and our CC is still leading people`s war in strategic regions. Victory is our, the most heinous and ruthless forces of Tsar could not stop us from hurling the red flag over half of the earth`s hemisphere. We are the holder of the same legacy, we will defeat the opportunist-liquidationst-revisionist elements and march ahead toward New Democratic Revolution further into Socialism and finally toward Communism.
