In the German town of München the trial against 10 Turkish immigrants will continue on Monday the
18th of November 2019.
The accused are charged on base
of the anti-terror paragraph
129 b of the German
Penal Code of being a member
of
a ‘foreign terrorist association’
named ‘the Communist Party of Turkey/Marxist-
Leninist’ (TKP/ML.
The
court-case started
2016 after their
arrest in April 2015.

there

an international monitor
delegation present.
