Founder and leader of the PCP, Chairman Gonzalo (Manuel Rubén Abimael Guzmán), died at the age of 86 at 6:40 A.M on September 11. 2021 after 29 years in prison (September 1992 - September 2021) at the Callao Naval Base Maximum-Security Prison.

Chairman Gonzalo’s death in prison exposed the true nature of the imperialist criminals and their local mercenaries.

Studying the history of the Peruvian revolution, from the beginning of the People's War in this country under the leadership of chairman Gonzalo to his arrest, torture, imprisonment and finally his death, is a historical lesson to all of communist revolutionaries (Marxist-Leninist-Maoist) in the world whose achievements and shortcomings should be considered.

The PCP, led by chairman Gonzalo, launched the People's War in Peru in 1980. Despite its defeats and victories, it was able to establish a revolutionary base in Peru and operate proletarian political power over large areas of Peru until 1988.

America's world-devouring imperialism began its direct involvement in the Peruvian People's War in 1990 under the pretext of the "war on drugs" and formally commissioned one of its military bases near Panama to guide the Peruvian counterinsurgency police and launch an intelligence and information warfare against the PCP by providing the information to the reactionary “Fujimori” regime.

In the result of such actions, Comrade Gonzalo was arrested on September 12^th 1992 at one of his hideouts in the capital of Peru, Lima, and a number of other PCP leaders were captured or killed. The reactionary Fujimori regime, On September 24, 1992, put chairman Gonzalo in a cage and exposed him in public and to the medias of the world. chairman Gonzalo, from inside the cage, addressed his inspirational message to all the communists of the world: “Do not despair because of my arrest, continue your revolutionary struggle, and the People's War must continue for the benefit of the masses in Peru and in the service of the proletarian world revolution.”

Following the Peruvian regime public display of chairman Gonzalo in a cage, the RIM Committee in Defense of chairman Gonzalo's life launched a global campaign entitled “Move Heaven and Earth to Defend the Life of Chairman Gonzalo!” that mobilized communist organizations and parties around the world, along with thousands of workers, peasants, revolutionaries, and artists from across the five continents.

Chairman Gonzalo was a full-fledged communist, indomitable against torture and imprisonment, the enemies of the proletariat and the peoples of the world.

The greatest service that the PCP, led by chairman Gonzalo, did internationally was to promote Maoism instead of Mao Zedong’s thought. When the PCP, led by chairman Gonzalo, introduced Maoism instead of Mao Zedong thought, the RCP, USA opposed the idea, and calling it a deviant and Lin Biaoist, that is why a number of parties and organizations of Marxism Leninism and Mao Zedong thought refused to accept Maoism for a while. But the PCP stayed strong on its position of accepting Maoism and continued its struggle for its acceptance in the RIM.

Although, Maoism was recognized by the RIM instead of Mao Zedong thought, the leading role of the PCP and chairman Gonzalo can not be deneid in this.

Another service performed by the PCP, under the leadership of chairman Gonzalo, at the level of Latin American countries, was to prepare, organize, and advance the People's War in Peru. However, before the establishing of the People's War in Peru, the People's War was waged and moved forward in the Philippines and India under the leadership of the Marxist-Leninist-Mao Zedong thought Parties, Nevertheless, the history of Peru witnessed that the PCP, led by Chairman Gonzalo, achieved remarkable victories to the extent that it applied Marxism-Leninism-Maoism in the specific condition of the Peruvian revolution and put it into practical creatively and by 1988, had made immense strides that could not be ignored by the massive sacrifices of the comrades of the PCP in the People's War.

On the other hand, the PCP, was on the path of profound ideological-political deviations. These include, the remaining issue of "mainly Maoism", then the idea of "Gonzalo thought" and subsequently the "mainly Gonzalo thought". The C(M)PA fought against the perversions of the PCP and continues to do so at the level of the international communist movement.

The arrest, torture and death of chairman Gonzalo as a revolutionary superman in the prison of the reactionary and authoritarian regime of Peru has been and will be a hishetorical lesson to all communist revolutionaries (Marxist-Leninist-Maoist). The Maoists of the world, and especially the PCP, must carefully study the revolutionary history of Peru, break away from its negative aspects and develop its positive, and seriously fight against any ideological-political deviations. It is the only way which can lead the People’s war to victory.

رهبر حزب کمونیسـت پروبمناسـبت درگذشـت صدر گونزالو

صدر گونزالو، رهبر حزب کمونیست پرو، پس از 29 سال حبس ( سپتامبر 1992 – سپتامبر 2021 ) در زندان پایگاه دریائی کالائو در ساعت 6 و 40 دقیقه صبح روز 11 سپتامبر 2021 میلادی، به سن 86 سالگی درگذشت.

جان باختن صدر گونزالو در درون زندان، چهره جنایت کاران امپریالیزم و مزدوران محلی شان‌را برملا ساخت.

مطالعه تاریخ انقلاب پرو، از زمان شروع جنگ خلق درین کشور تحت رهبری صدر گونزالو تا دستگیری، شکنجه، زندان و نهایتا درگذشت وی، درس تاریخی به تمامی انقلابیون کمونیست ( مارکسیست – لنینیست – مائوئیست) جهان است که باید روی دستاوردها و کمبودات آن تامل نمود.

حزب کمونیست پرو تحت رهبری صدر گونزالو در سال 1980 میلادی جنگ خلق در پرو را آغاز کرد. این حزب علی الرغم شکست و پیروزی‌ها توانست که پایگاه انقلابی را در پرو ایجاد نماید و قدرت سیاسی پرولتری را در مناطق وسیعی از پرو تا سال 1988 میلادی اعمال کند.

امپریالیزم جهان‌خوار امریکا، در سال 1990 میلادی به بهانه " جنگ علیه مواد مخدر" دخالت مستقیم خود را علیه جنگ خلق در پرو شروع نمود و به یکی از پایگاه های نظامی خود در نزدیکی شهر پاناما رسما ماموریت داد تا پولیس ضد شورش پرو را تعلیم داده و جنگ استخباراتی و کسب اطلاعات علیه حزب کمونیست پرو را آغاز نماید و اطلاعات به دست آمده را به اختیار رژیم "فوجی‌موری" قرار دهد.

به تعقیب همین حرکت بود که صدر گونزالو در ماه سپتامبر 1992 در یکی از مخفی گاه های خود در شهر لیما پایتخت پرو، دستگیر گردید و تعداد دیگری از رهبران حزب کمونیست پرو نیز اسیر و یا کشته شدند. دستگاه رژیم "فوجی‌موری" ، به تاریخ 24 سپتامبر 1992 صدر گونزالو را بداخل قفس نموده و در ملاء عام و در برابر رسانه‌های جهان قرار داد، صدر گونزالو از داخل قفس پیام الهام بخش خود را به تمامی کمونیست‌های جهان چنین خطاب نمود: « از دستگیری من مائوس نشوید، مبارزات انقلابی تان را ادامه دهید و جنگ خلق باید بخاطر منافع توده ها در پرو و در خدمت انقلاب جهانی پرولتری ادامه یابد.»

به تعقیب این حرکت که رژیم پرو، صدر گونزالو را داخل قفس به نمایش گذاشت، کمیته "جنبش انقلابی انترناسیونالیستی" در دفاع از جان صدر گونزالو یک کارزار جهانی با این عنوان " زمین و زمان را در دفاع از جان صدر گونزالو بهم بریزید!" بر پا کرد که سازمان‌ها و احزاب کمونیستی جهان را به همراه هزاران نفر از کارگران، دهقانان، انقلابیون و هنرمندان از سراسر پنج قاره درین راه بسیج نمود.

صدر گونزالو یک کمونیست تمام عیار، تسلیم ناپذیر درمقابل شکنجه و زندان، دشمنان پرولتاریا و خلق های جهان بود.

بزرگترین خدمتی که حزب کمونیست پرو تحت رهبری صدر گونزالو در سطح بین المللی انجام داد ترویج مائوئیزم به جای اندیشه مائوتسه دون بود. زمانی که حزب کمونیست پرو تحت رهبری صدر گونزالو به جای اندیشه مائوتسه دون، مائوئیزم را مطرح نمود، حزب کمونیست انقلابی امریکا علیه این طرح به مخالفت پرداخت و آن را انحرافی و لین پیائوئیستی خواند، به همین خاطر یک تعداد از احزاب و سازمان‌های ( م ل ا ) برای مدتی از پذیرش مائوئیزم سر باز زدند. اما حزب کمونیست پرو، روی مواضع خود مبنی بر پذیرش مائوئیزم تکیه نمود و مبارزه خود را بخاطر پذیرش آن در جنبش انقلابی انترناسیونالیستی ادامه داد.

گرچه مائوئیزم به جای اندیشه مائوتسه دون توسط جنبش انقلابی انترناسیونالیستی رسمیت یافت، اما در این زمینه نمی‌توان از نقش پیش‌گامی حزب کمونیست پرو و شخص صدر گونزالو انکار نمود.

خدمت دیگر که حزب کمونیست پرو تحت رهبری صدر گونزالو در سطح کشورهای امریکای لاتین انجام داد، تدارک، برپایی و پیش‌برد جنگ خلق در پرو بود. هرچند قبل از برپائی جنگ خلق در پرو، در کشورهای فیلیپین و هندوستان جنگ خلق تحت رهبری احزاب مارکسیست – لنینیست – مائوتسه دون اندیشه برپا گردیده بود و به پیش برده می‌شد، با آن هم، تاریخ کشور پرو گواه آنست که حزب کمونیست پرو تحت رهبری صدر گونزالو تا آن جایی که مارکسیزم ـ لنینیزم ـ مائوئیزم را در شرایط مشخص انقلاب پرو بکار برد و آن را خلاقانه در عمل پیاده نمود، به پیروزی‌های چشم‌گیری دست یافت و تا سال 1988 به پیشرفت‌های عظیمی دست یازید که نمی‌توان جانفشانی های عظیم رفقای حزب کمونیست پرو را در جنگ خلق نادیده گرفت.

از طرف دیگر، حزب کمونیست پرو در مسیر انحرافات عمیق ایدئولوژیک – سیاسی قرار گرفت. از آن جمله می‌توان از طرح مسئله "عمدتا مائوئیزم" و سپس طرح " اندیشه گونزالو" و به تعقیب " عمدتا اندیشه گونزالو " نیز یادآوری نمود که حزب کمونیست (مائوئیست) افغانستان با انحرافات حزب کمونیست پرو به مبارزه برخاست و این مبارزات را کماکان در سطح جنبش بین المللی کمونیستی به پیش می‌برد.

بازداشت،تحمل شکنجه و درگذشت صدر گونزالو بعنوان یک ابرمرد انقلابی در زندان رژیم ارتجاعی و استبدادی پرو درس تاریخی به تمام انقلابیون کمونیست (مارکسیست ـ لنینیست ـ مائوئیست) بوده و می‌باشد. مائوئیست‌های جهان و بخصوص حزب کمونیست پرو باید که تاریخ انقلابی پرو را با دقت مطالعه نمایند و از جنبه های منفی آن گسست نموده و جنبه‌های مثبت آن‌را تکامل دهند و با هر گونه انحرافات ایدئولوژیک ـ سیاسی با جدیت تمام به مبارزه برخیزند. فقط و فقط از این طریق است که می توان جنگ خلق را تا پیروزی به پیش هدایت نمود.
